You can quickly view the number of visits to your website (including daily, hourly and monthly numbers). You can also check out feed subscription totals and changes, and how many people are following you on Twitter.
This is really nice because it saves the time of visiting a bunch of websites and logging in and out. Ego supports as many widgets of each type as you need, making it easy to check all your stuff in one shot!
They also state that you will be able to track your Google Analytics in the next version (1.1)
